About the role

  • Analista de Importação managing logistics and import operations for a company that values innovation and continuous learning. Role involves ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the import process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor end-to-end import processes, from order placement to final delivery to the customer;
  • Check documentation, tariff classification (NCM), attributes and perform DI (Import Declaration) and DUIMP (Unified Declaration of International Trade) registration and tracking, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
  • Maintain and update processes in the ERP, ensuring accuracy of information and deadlines;
  • Post financial entries, manage billing control and prepare management reports and tracking spreadsheets;
  • Maintain active communication with clients, customs brokers and partners, ensuring fluidity and transparency in operations;
  • Review technical and regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Foreign Trade or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Knowledge of import documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.;
  • Experience in trading (advantage);
  • Knowledge of the Conexos system (advantage)
