About the role

  • Planning Coordinator leading a team of Planners to ensure planning and Supply Chain operations continuity at Veepee. Focused on management, performance monitoring, and collaboration across Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Planners
  • Follow up on objectives related to planning performance
  • Support team development and ensure operational consistency
  • Allocate workload and monitor team productivity
  • Ensure clear prioritisation and execution standards
  • Oversee operational planning across all logistics flows
  • Define and implement measures to improve service and cost
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply, Commercial, Warehouses, Transport, ... etc)
  • Coordinate and negotiate with partners such as suppliers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience in performance monitoring (KPIs)
  • Ability to translate data into operational improvement initiatives
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive operational performance
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Planning is a plus
  • Proven team management or coordination experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • French is a plus
