About the role

• Front-End Developer for Veepee's sales team. Building a new platform using React and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects to build the new platform using technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, react-router, Server-Side Rendering, Node.js, Webpack 2, etc;
• Estimate development tasks, identifying risks, required assumptions, and constraints;
• Perform regular code reviews with the team;
• Participate in teammates' merge requests;
• Work with an agile mindset using MVP approaches that address future general requirements;
• Develop front-end solutions that scale and can fit into a micro front-end ecosystem;
• Conduct technical interviews for developers interested in joining Veepeetech.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web development;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Redux, Next.js, Webpack, etc.;
• Experience with REST principles;
• Experience building applications within a microservices architecture;
• Knowledge of Node.js and the Express framework;
• Server-Side Rendering with React and react-router;
• Experience using testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Chai;
• Proactive and dynamic, motivated to grow within the tech team;
• Fluent in English.
