Responsibilities
Prepare and facilitate workshops to capture detailed functional requirements
Translate requirements into technical-functional specifications and define technical solutions
Document and model (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
Contribute to estimating implementation effort; evaluate and formalize business specifications according to their value to the company
Support and participate in functional testing and UAT sessions
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in insurance
BA certification is an asset
Higher professional education (e.g., University of Applied Sciences - HES) or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration challenges (APIs, microservices, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholders to act as the interface in projects
Expertise in ERP solutions (Guidewire preferred) would be highly appreciated
Excellent level of French (C1) and good command of English (B2)
