About the role

  • Accounting Assistant responsible for cash management tasks including reconciliations and accounts support in Switzerland. Collaborating with agencies and handling invoice payments efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Record treasury/cash accounting entries
  • Process receipts and manage error files
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Support agencies and other departments with accounting-related questions
  • Settle supplier invoices

Requirements

  • Good command of German (minimum B2 level)
  • Hold a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commercial/office administration
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive and efficient
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable managing priorities and deadlines
