Electronics Engineer for Varex Imaging, focusing on designing next-generation X-ray detectors. Engaging in the full development lifecycle while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with the development of our next-generation X-ray detectors — from initial ideas all the way to production.
You’ll be designing and validating the electronics in our products, making schematics, lay-outs, and integration with firmware, software and mechanics.
You will also closely interact with our image quality and systems teams to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
Your work will touch on the entire development lifecycle, including: translating product requirements into technical solutions, designing electronics boards, building and testing prototypes, ensuring compliance with medical standards, supporting manufacturing and long-term reliability.
You’ll be part of a small but experienced electronics team, collaborating daily with firmware, embedded software, mechanics, and manufacturing experts — both with local and with global colleagues.
In addition to technical work, we expect you to participate in continuous improvement as well as in the development of our design practices and ways of working.
