About the role
- SAP BW/4HANA & SAC Reportingspezialist developing and maintaining reporting solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Bern, Switzerland to enhance SAP reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support and further develop reporting and analytics solutions in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance, HR, logistics and management reporting
- Design and maintain models, dashboards, stories and reports, ensuring consistent, high-quality data for informed decision-making across the company
- Advise business units on reporting requirements, assess feasibility and implement solutions independently or in collaboration with IT teams
- Technical design, data modeling and optimization of reports and analytics tools
- Analyze and resolve software defects, perform system adjustments and document work for end users and internal IT teams
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, S/4HANA) and external systems, and support integration projects
- Participate in innovation and transformation projects such as S/4HANA migrations, with a focus on reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Several years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA and, ideally, SAC reporting
- Knowledge of ABAP, AMDP, Calculation Views or Analysis for Office is a plus
- Understanding of finance, logistics and HR processes in SAP
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured working approach, self-initiative and a quality mindset
- Experience with traditional and agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe)
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing demands
