About the role
- Reporting Specialist developing and maintaining SAP BW/4HANA & SAC solutions for finance and HR. Collaborating with teams to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities in a modern environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and further development of reporting and analytics solutions in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance, HR, logistics and management reporting
- Design and maintenance of models, dashboards, stories and reports, ensuring consistent, high-quality data to support informed decision-making across the organization
- Advise business units on reporting requirements, assess feasibility and implement solutions independently or in collaboration with IT teams
- Technical design, data modeling and performance optimization of reports and analytical tools
- Analyze and resolve software defects, perform system adjustments and document work for end users and internal IT teams
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, S/4HANA) and external systems, and support integration projects
- Participate in innovation and transformation projects, such as S/4HANA migrations, with a focus on reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Several years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA and ideally SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting
- Knowledge of ABAP, AMDP, Calculation Views or Analysis for Office is an advantage
- Understanding of finance, logistics and HR processes in SAP
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured working style, initiative and quality awareness
- Experience with traditional and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe)
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; able to act confidently when facing competing demands
