- Application Manager SAP HCM in Bern, Switzerland, focusing on HR software development and digital transformation in a collaborative environment. Key role in managing and optimizing SAP HCM applications.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM Applikationen mit Schwerpunkt Personaladministration, Organisationsmanagement und Entgeltabrechnung
- Sicherstellung der End-to-End HR-Prozesse inkl. Schnittstellen, Reporting und gesetzliche Anforderungen
- Verantwortung für Customizing, Fehleranalysen und Testkonzeption im HCM-Bereich
- Koordination mit Stakeholdern aus Fachabteilungen, IT und externen Partnern
- Mitgestaltung bei Change- & Release-Management, Qualitätssicherung sowie Integration in SAP SuccessFactors und angrenzende Systeme

Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Gebieten: Personenstammdaten (PA), Organisationsmanagement (OM), Entgeltabrechnung (PY)
- Erfahrung mit SAP Reports, SAP Query, Ad-hoc-Analysen
- SAP HCM Customizing Kenntnisse in Schema-/Regelwerkpflege (PY/BT), Integrationen zu SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
- Change- & Release-Management Erfahrung mit Anforderungsanalysen, Dokumentation, Testplanung
- Qualitätssicherung: Review von Customizing-Code, Koordination von Testläufen
- Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit an HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten, Einführung neuer Tools und Prozesse
