About the role
- SAP FI/CO Specialist enhancing SAP finance and controlling applications in Bern. Leading projects and collaborating on finance processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP FI/CO Applikationen mit Fokus auf Controlling (Kostenstellen-, Innenauftrags- und Projektcontrolling)
- Durchführung von Customizing-Anpassungen im FI/CO-Umfeld
- Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben für kleine bis mittlere Implementierungs- oder Optimierungsprojekte
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen
- Sicherstellung der Schnittstellen zwischen FI, CO und angrenzenden Modulen (z.B. HCM, SD/MM, BI)
- Mitarbeit bei Change- & Release-Management, Qualitätssicherung und Testkoordination
- Optional: Mitarbeit im Bereich Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP FI/CO Consultant
- Wünschenswert mehrere der folgenden CO-Komponenten: Kostenstellenrechnung, Innenaufträge, Projektcontrolling (CO-PS), Ergebnis- und Marktsegmentrechnung (CO-PA)
- FI-Komponenten: neben Hauptbuchhaltung, Kreditoren- Debitoren, oder Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Customizing: Fundierte Erfahrung im FI/CO-Customizing, insbesondere im CO-Umfeld
- Projektleitung (PL): Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Leitung kleiner bis mittlerer Projekte
- ABAP-Grundverständnis (Lesen, Spezifikationen, Debugging-Unterstützung) von Vorteil
- Schwerpunkt in CO, ergänzt durch solide Kenntnisse in FI
- Kenntnisse in Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) von Vorteil
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Prozessgestaltung im Finance & Controlling
- Kommunikations- & Priorisierungsgeschick, souveränes Handeln bei konkurrierenden Anforderungen
