About the role

  • Product Manager developing digital products at the intersection of business, development, and UX. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • You work closely with stakeholders and the Business Product team to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable features
  • You evaluate new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and cost-effectiveness to ensure value maximization
  • You maintain close collaboration with the development team, participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, and actively contribute your perspective
  • You create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria that clearly and efficiently support the development process
  • You take responsibility for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), facilitate them when needed, and conduct ongoing stakeholder management and requirements analysis

Requirements

  • You have a degree in (business) computer science, business administration, UX, or a comparable field, and at least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • You have solid knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and ideally hold a certification like PSPO, CSPO, or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience with common tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar applications
  • You have a good understanding of UX/UI, technical concepts, digital products, software development, and business processes
  • You have excellent German and English skills, strong communication and facilitation abilities, a customer- and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to successfully balance differing interests within the team
