About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage an advanced automation solution portfolio and develop the offering to meet the needs of energy and process industry segments and their business requirements.
- Support sales in winning orders by providing professional sales support, driving differentiation and value, and setting performance guarantees for delivery.
- Take care of commercial product management by maintaining accurate pricing and developing sales materials and offering related information.
- Work closely with R&D and the product organization to develop business plans and specify customer requirements for new and existing product development.
- Collect feedback from project deliveries and ensure close cooperation with the delivery organization.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of energy systems, electricity markets, and industrial processes.
- Experience in Energy Management Systems (EMS) and their practical application in industrial or utility environments.
- Knowledge of applying advanced process controls and optimization solutions for performance improvements.
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and automation systems
- Capability to perform process performance or energy system audits and summarize improvement potential into actionable solutions and ROI.
- Experience with mathematical optimization tools (e.g., GAMS, Pyomo, AIMMS) for modelling complex energy and industrial systems.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into high-value automation and digital solutions.
- Strong solution sales skills and the ability to demonstrate customer value.
- Good presentation skills in multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
