About the role

  • Social Media Manager responsible for social media activities at VALID Group GmbH in Berlin. Focus on content creation, performance tracking, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, manage, and optimize our social media activities
  • Develop cross-channel social media concepts and editorial calendars
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social ads and boosted posts
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns and organic activities
  • Identify relevant social and platform trends
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams
  • Support the management of corporate channels

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media analytics tools
  • Experience with reporting, campaign tracking, and data-driven work
  • Understanding of social KPIs and how they impact performance
  • Confident in copywriting, channel management, and social content planning
  • Excellent German skills (native level)
  • Good English skills
