Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent proficiency in full-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, API, database).
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
- Proven capability to tackle challenging technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to explain complex technical concepts to peers and junior engineers.
- Experience leveraging GenAI coding tools and Agentic development.
- Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices, including both defensive coding techniques and secure testing methodologies.
- Proven experience implementing various application architectures such as multi-tenant, cloud-based, high-volume, and high-availability.
- Experience developing and delivering software across various Web and Mobile platforms, with a history of successful project leadership
- Required Technical Skills: C# .NET (Framework 4.8 / Core 1.0 and above), ASP.NET, SQL (relational) databases, REST, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Angular or other JavaScript frameworks, Unit testing practices (experience with frameworks like xUnit, Moq/NSubstitute), Design patterns, Git or equivalent, Cloud-native development with AWS or equivalent, GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code or equivalent) and Agentic development
