About the role

Responsibilities
- Development of urban design projects in land regularization areas.
- Preparation of descriptive reports (memoriais) and technical documents required for project approval and registration.
- Ensuring projects comply with current legislation, particularly Law 13.465/2017 and local regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and field surveys.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and Urbanism (active registration with the CAU).
- Proven experience in urban design and land regularization projects (REURB): designing, planning and sizing lots, built areas, road networks, public spaces, recreational areas and communal spaces.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and municipal regulations applicable to land regularization, urban management and basic infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Métrica Topo to develop and manage urban design projects.
- Experience in technical surveying and analysis of urban data.
- Analysis of documentation, titling processes and urban legislation.
- Coordination and follow-up with municipal authorities, notary offices and other public agencies.
