Responsibilities
- Leadership of Industry & Product Management
- Enhances and governs processes that ensure Industry Management and Product Portfolio Management can scale effectively with business growth
- Reinforces portfolio priorities and helps ensure internal teams are aligned to the right opportunities and strategic focus areas
- Collaborates closely with Supplier Development and Business Development to support supplier transitions, portfolio additions, and long-term supplier planning
- Oversees the budget for Industry & Product Management and ensures sound use of resources
Requirements
- Leadership experience in product strategy, supplier engagement, or commercial operations
- Strong ability to build KPIs, performance visibility, and effective operating rhythms
- Executive communication skills with confidence representing ChemPoint to senior external partners
- Strength in cross-functional alignment and leading through influence
- Demonstrated ability to design, enhance, and scale operating models
- Familiarity with ChemPoint’s business model, digital capabilities, and product offerings preferred.
