About the role
- Analista Operações Junior managing operational support for financial products at Unicred. Assisting clients and ensuring efficient processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for financial products (Merchant Acquiring);
- Provide support to Unicred system cooperatives;
- Monitor and follow up on area processes;
- Complete all checklist activities daily, observing SLA deadlines;
- Meet SLAs for product-related service tickets;
- Maintain proper alignment with partners and vendors regarding operational performance of product support;
- Drive continuous improvement of the area’s products;
- Automate operational processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program;
- Experience in customer service routines, process review and continuous improvement;
- Familiarity with service tools, service workflows and SLA management;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office suite);
- Knowledge of financial products and services;
- Knowledge of payment methods (merchant acquiring), bank domiciliation, pricing, MCC (Merchant Category Codes);
- Experience in administrative routines and customer service in financial institutions.
