Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and maintain automated tests.
- Contribute to developing a plan to integrate automated testing into the overall testing process.
- Evaluate tools and technologies to determine the best fit for automation within a DevSecOps approach.
- Define the methodology and approach for building a robust test automation architecture.
- Design and develop new or modified test automation solutions that align with business needs.
- Facilitate the transition from manual testing to automated testing approaches.
- Generate automated test reports and collect relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT and at least 13 years of IT experience (or Bachelor's degree and at least 17 years of IT experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with Selenium and/or Cypress testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong knowledge of test automation technologies, tools, and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Experience with test data management.
- Ability to deliver both business and technical presentations.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification or equivalent will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level. French will be an advantage.
