Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on a variety of systems, networks, and applications.
- Perform testing engagements independently, with minimal support required, and act as a Lead for testing engagements when required.
- Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in a controlled and ethical manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security requirements and tailor penetration testing strategies accordingly.
- Provide detailed and actionable reports outlining vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended remediation strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continually enhance testing methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior penetration testers within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- University/College degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
- Master’s Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity or similar area will be considered a plus
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in penetration testing, or relevant offensive security roles.
- Code-review skills
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, OSWE or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to travel abroad (mainly EU countries, 5% of the working time)
