Serve as the Project Manager for the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement
Manage operations and University systems for the Center
Work closely with the Center Leadership Team to ensure timely completion of project goals and deliverables
Manage internal project communications
Monitor project data collection activities
Complete federal reporting activities for the Center
Requirements
Previous experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native individuals and/or communities
Bachelor’s Degree and seven years of experience managing projects *or* equivalent combination of higher education and experience
Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and budgets over $1 million
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work on a variety of large and small teams with diverse groups of people
Flexibility in meeting the varied needs of a large team
Excellent customer service skills
