About the role
- Payments Product Manager responsible for product roadmaps and strategic initiatives for the Bank's payment solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring compliance and market success.
Responsibilities
- Create product roadmaps for the Payments Products
- Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic payment initiatives
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Analyze and report on payments usage, trends and profitability
- Serve as a Payments Subject Matter Expert for internal teams
- Work closely with Operations, IT, and Digital Product Managers
- Partner with product marketing and sales enablement
- Identify and partner with key vendors and fin-techs
- Partner with internal departments to ensure compliance
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years treasury and payments experience
- Experience interpreting market and financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Treasury Payments product use cases and back-end functionality
- Legal authority to work in the United States
