- Requires mastery level knowledge typically obtained through advanced education combined with 15 years of experience
- Experience and knowledge of all typologies of cast-in-place and precast segmental bridges
- Deep foundations experience, scour, ship impact
- Precast yard experience
- R.E. of construction of cable-stay/extradosed bridges and segmental construction + Arch bridges
- Preliminary Design experience of Cable-stay and extradosed, and various typologies of Arch bridges
- Geometry Control experience
