Financial Controller at Two Circles | Hybrid Hired

About the role

Lead and manage the group’s monthly financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow consolidation.
Ensure accurate subsidiary accounting and reporting across all Swedish entities.
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across the group, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and senior leadership.
Oversee cash flow planning and analysis, maintaining a clear view of liquidity and capital requirements.
Conduct detailed financial reviews and performance analyses, providing insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Support external reporting to investors, banks, and authorities, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Build and enhance internal financial structures, reporting frameworks, and control processes to match a growing, international organization.
Develop and track key financial KPIs, partnering with internal teams to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
Manage audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards (K3).
Support integration and development of group-wide systems and reporting tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 4–5 years’ experience in financial control, accounting, or audit.
Experience from smaller, dynamic, or fast-growing companies is preferred.
Background from an audit firm is highly meritorious.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with international organizations or stakeholders (PE firms, banks) is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Self-driven, structured, and proactive – able to balance hands-on detail with strategic thinking.
