About the role

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyse fan, ticketing, and commercial data streams to identify trends and derive insights concerning audience behaviour and revenue opportunities for sports rights holders.
  • Strategic Reporting: Develop and present reports to communicate findings, articulate strategic sponsorship and marketing propositions, and inform decision-making for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Operational Optimization: Design, manage, and implement initiatives (e.g., event surveys, digital campaigns) focusing on continuous optimization and identifying areas for improvement in fan experience and commercial strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and with global sports property clients to achieve aligned business objectives.
  • Landscape Awareness: Proactively monitor and assess external market and industry shifts, including emerging digital platforms, sponsorship trends, and audience trends, to ensure all strategic approaches remain innovative.

Requirements

  • Research oriented individual with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy across dashboards, reports, and campaign builds.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
