Responsibilities
Travel to TSI customer sites to install, calibration, repair, and perform annual maintenance on TSI products.
Provide in-person technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Support remote and onsite troubleshooting of customer hardware and software issues.
Conduct customer training on the operation and maintenance of TSI equipment & software.
Complete detailed trip reports and submit accurate labor and expense reimbursements.
Requirements
Associate's degree in a technical discipline.
1-3 years of relevant technical or field service experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and travel internationally as required.
