About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating engaging visuals for e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns at Intrepid Asia. Working collaboratively with marketing and content teams to produce compelling designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for digital and e-commerce platforms.
  • Create banners, artworks, and visual materials for online channels including e-commerce platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring all designs meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Produce engaging visuals and animations.
  • Develop static and animated creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to support campaigns, promotions, and content across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other social channels.
  • Ensure correct dimensions and platform optimization.
  • Prepare and adapt creatives based on required sizes and formats for different social media and e-commerce platforms, ensuring high quality and consistency across all outputs.
  • Support campaign and content execution.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Content teams to translate briefs into effective visual designs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
  • Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and overall campaign impact.
  • Stay updated with design trends and tools. Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, animation, social media content, and e-commerce creatives to continuously improve output quality.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Handle multiple design requests at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably for digital, social media, or e-commerce channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Experience in designing banners, artworks, and creatives for online platforms
  • Knowledge of animation / motion graphics is required
  • Familiar with dimensions and formatting for different social media and e-commerce platforms
  • E-commerce experience is preferred but not required
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and techniques
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
