- Independently manage our clients' accounting needs
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintain clients' monthly bookkeeping and digitize financial organization using our RZL accounting system
- Organize digital document transfers, professionally evaluate ongoing business transactions, and adapt digital processes
- Receive and prepare clients' digital documents and import banking data (camt.053 bank files)
- Advise our clients on building their digital accounting systems.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship/HAK/HLW/HBLA); passing the Accountant certification exam (WIFI or Akademie der KSW) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid experience using accounting software (ideally RZL)
- Confident user of MS Office. *xlsx, *docx and *msg are familiar to you and you enjoy working with them
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
