Responsibilities
Align business needs with supply chain technology solutions for the Foundry
Interact with supply chain business leads and global Tech@Lilly support functions for implementation of supply chain IT systems
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality) and IT teams
Ensure technology solutions are aligned with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements
Act as Tech@Lilly key contact SME for Foundry supply chain IT systems
Leverage functional business processes to enable key area stakeholders to meet business outcomes
Accurately translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa
Produce and maintain project and validation documentation
Ensure systems remain in a validated state and manage their lifecycle through releases, recapitalization, and retirement
Ensure incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are accomplished in alignment with business needs
Partner with Global Supply Chain and site Tech at Lilly teams to implement integration solutions between systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of IT experience working with supply chain technologies
At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment
Understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), such as FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing
Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process
Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain high end-user satisfaction
Proficiency in handling IT changes, updates, and system upgrades with minimal disruptions and in accordance with industry best practices
Proficiency in ITIL principles, including incident, problem, and change management, to streamline IT support processes
Previous Agile experience
Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, AI, Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
