About the role

  • Supply Chain Analyst at Lilly aligning business needs with supply chain technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to implement and manage supply chain IT systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Align business needs with supply chain technology solutions for the Foundry
  • Interact with supply chain business leads and global Tech@Lilly support functions for implementation of supply chain IT systems
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality) and IT teams
  • Ensure technology solutions are aligned with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Act as Tech@Lilly key contact SME for Foundry supply chain IT systems
  • Leverage functional business processes to enable key area stakeholders to meet business outcomes
  • Accurately translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa
  • Produce and maintain project and validation documentation
  • Ensure systems remain in a validated state and manage their lifecycle through releases, recapitalization, and retirement
  • Ensure incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are accomplished in alignment with business needs
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain and site Tech at Lilly teams to implement integration solutions between systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of IT experience working with supply chain technologies
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), such as FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain high end-user satisfaction
  • Proficiency in handling IT changes, updates, and system upgrades with minimal disruptions and in accordance with industry best practices
  • Proficiency in ITIL principles, including incident, problem, and change management, to streamline IT support processes
  • Previous Agile experience
  • Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, AI, Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
