About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer focusing on AI solutions, collaborating with teams across Ankara, Berlin, and Silicon Valley. Building tools and workflows to enhance AI agent performance in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Build internal and customer facing tools used daily to improve AI agent behavior
- Drive product features from intuitive React frontends (TypeScript) to robust Python (Django/FastAPI) backends.
- Build the workflows that allow human-in-the-loop AI to function at peak efficiency.
- Set the standard for code quality and scalability in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment.
- Influence product direction, technical standards, and architectural decisions from day one.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development, including extensive experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
- Stack: Mastery of Python and React/TypeScript
- UX Sensibility: Attention to detail with an eye for usability. You care about building tools that are as performant as they are intuitive.
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS (or another major cloud provider) is a strong plus.
- Experience building or integrating AI agent systems (LLM workflows, tool-use, orchestration frameworks, or evaluation pipelines) is a plus
