About the role
- Cybersecurity Analyst evaluating risks from third-party suppliers and SaaS platforms. Responsible for developing threat models and monitoring capabilities to reduce security threats.
Responsibilities
- evaluate and manage risks introduced by supplier connectivity
- analyze vendor cloud integrations, VPN and network access, application-to-application connections, API and data exchange pathways
- drive process improvements and develop new risk attribution methods
- refine governance for vendor access and connectivity
- develop threat models, detection strategies, and monitoring capabilities to identify external and supply-chain related threats
- validate network and monitoring controls for vendor connections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology related field or equivalent education and related training
- More than seven years of demonstrated progressive experience in Cybersecurity, with emphasis on data lost prevention, vulnerability management, access management, firewalls, security awareness training, etc.
- Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels of Lines of Business and corporate management both verbally and in writing.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, best practices and industry/regulatory requirements.
