About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects across oil & gas infrastructure.
- Oversee project design modifications, inspections, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and documentation supporting infrastructure upgrades and remediation efforts.
- Prepare status reports, board packets, and budget summaries for leadership review.
- Lead and manage oil & gas well drilling, workovers, and abandonment programs, including injection wells, monitoring wells, and water‑supply wells.
- Direct produced‑water pond closure projects and water treatment initiatives for agricultural reuse.
- Create and maintain pipeline management plans for new and existing systems.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operational improvements and regulatory compliance.
