Requirements
- The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting or a similar role. **Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations, controls, and month-end close.
- Experience preparing for and supporting external audits.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong control mindset.
- Confidence working in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
