- Du verantwortest unseren Rechnungsein- und -ausgangsflow, koordinierst den Freigabeprozess in Moss und buchst die Rechnungen in Datev.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mit und unterstützt das Reporting.
- Du überzeugst durch deine fachliche Expertise und deiner Kompetenz in der Prozessoptimierung.
Requirements
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte*r, Finanzbuchhalter*in etc.) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finance (Accounting) oder Steuern abgeschlossen
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in Finance und Accounting
- Du bist prozessorientiert
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Google-Sheets
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit DATEV und besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1)
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst selbstbewusst auf
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab
