About the role

• Game Developer responsible for end-to-end features, architecting and building in Unity for Tripledot Studios. Work within Reactor Team to enhance systems and pipelines for game development.

Responsibilities

• Feature architecture - "slicing" complex features from design into technical implementation plans.
• Building C# tools that automate workflows and validate assets for game teams.
• Identifying pipeline friction and fixing it without waiting for tickets ("Fix-it-now" mentality).
• Taking ownership of large-scale technical initiatives with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Expertise in **Unity UGUI** - ability to architect clean, performant hierarchies with precise anchor/layout logic. Mastery of Prefab Variants, custom layouts, and enforcing scalable architectural standards.
• Ability to write production-level **C#** code, tools, and editor extensions (not just scripting).
• Proven ability to design and translate complex UX flows and high-fidelity designs from **Figma** into functional, logic-ready game objects in **Unity**.
• Experience sequencing complex **animations** via code/internal systems (beyond just Timeline/Animator).
