Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site security operations for corporate and office environments.
  • Oversee vendors and in-house security teams to ensure effective coverage.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures across all sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale programs and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of private-sector security experience, with a focus on corporate environments.
  • At least 5 years of operational and people management skills in security settings.
  • Proven ability, demonstrated over 5+ years, to operate at a global scale and manage security programs across multiple regions.
  • 5+ years blending operations, intelligence, and technology within security environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in scaling security programs and infrastructure.
