Responsibilities
Execution of projects in financial/accounting (general ledger) accounting for our clients
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB or, where applicable, IFRS and US GAAP
Optimization and further development of accounting processes
Subject-matter support for system or process implementations
Development of innovative ideas and advisory solutions within the team
Active participation in shaping your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal trainings in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training and/or certified financial/accounting clerk (Bilanzbuchhalter) (IHK) or a comparable degree
Minimum 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting
Confident user of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and good MS Office skills
Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment
Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities
Fluent German language skills
High degree of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
