About the role

  • Consultant Buchhalter supporting financial projects and operational topics for clients. Involving process optimization and independent project work in a hybrid role based in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of projects in financial/accounting (general ledger) accounting for our clients
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB or, where applicable, IFRS and US GAAP
  • Optimization and further development of accounting processes
  • Subject-matter support for system or process implementations
  • Development of innovative ideas and advisory solutions within the team
  • Active participation in shaping your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal trainings in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training and/or certified financial/accounting clerk (Bilanzbuchhalter) (IHK) or a comparable degree
  • Minimum 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Confident user of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities
  • Fluent German language skills
  • High degree of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
