About the role

  • Senior Associate Finance managing financial processes and reporting for TREYSTA Ingenieure Holding GmbH. Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a focus on consolidation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) at group level and execution of monthly consolidation postings.
  • Preparation of consolidated reports and management analyses for the leadership team and shareholders.
  • Support in the preparation of statutory audits.
  • Further development and automation of consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Independent management of finance projects (e.g., digitization, process optimization).

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting — ideally from tax, auditing or a comparable finance role.
  • Strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and motivation to actively shape finance processes.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and extensive experience with LucaNet.
  • Good communication skills in German and English, each at least B2 level, both written and spoken.
