About the role

• Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating underground cable construction projects in Berlin. Ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to deadlines, quality, and interfaces with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Management and schedule monitoring of services for the installation of 380 kV cable systems.
• Coordination and alignment of multiple contractors and project stakeholders on site.
• Preparation, facilitation and moderation of construction and coordination meetings.
• Ensuring unobstructed construction access (site clearance) in close coordination with the client's internal departments and external third parties.
• Continuous tracking and documentation of construction progress directly on-site.
• Independent problem-solving, structured reporting and escalation to additional decision-making levels as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or qualification as a technician.
• At least 3 years of professional experience coordinating and managing multiple contractors, ideally in complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong teamwork skills, negotiation ability and a confident, professional manner.
• Very good IT skills, particularly with the MS Office 365 suite.
• Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
