About the role

• Projektkoordinator:in/Baukoordinator:in für komplexe Energieinfrastrukturprojekte in Berlin. Koordination von Baumaßnahmen im Kabeltiefbau für 380 kV-Leitungen.

Responsibilities

• Management and schedule monitoring of activities related to the installation of 380 kV cable systems.
• Coordination and alignment of various contractors and project stakeholders (including cable manufacturers and site management) on the construction site.
• Preparation, conduct and moderation of construction and coordination meetings.
• Ensuring site clearance in close coordination with the client's internal departments and external third parties.
• Continuous monitoring of construction progress directly on site.
• Independent problem-solving, structured reporting, and involvement of additional decision-making levels when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification as a technician.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in coordinating and managing multiple contractors, ideally in complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong teamwork skills, negotiation ability, and a confident, professional demeanor.
• Very good IT skills, especially with the MS Office 365 suite.
• Experience with MS Project is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
