Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive legal support on all employment law matters within the company.
Working closely with business units, HR, and compliance teams to deliver legal advice on day-to-day employment-related issues.
Preparing and reviewing employment-related legal documents, including contracts, disciplinary regulations, notices, and termination documents.
Supporting disciplinary processes, onboarding and termination procedures.
Monitoring legislative changes to inform relevant teams of their legal implications.
Organizing periodic employment law trainings to enhance legal awareness across the organization.
Requirements
Strong academic credentials,
Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law following legal internship,
Deep knowledge of Employment Law including litigation and strong understanding of legal issues and risks about employment process,
Fluency in oral and written English,
Excellent research and follow up abilities,
Analytical thinking skills,
Capable of multitasking,
Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines,
Excellent communication skills and good team player.
