- Product Owner at Treezor managing KYC product evolution and ensuring alignment with user needs. Leading a squad for product delivery and stakeholder engagement in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Product Owner on the KYC squad responsible for end-user due diligence, sanctions & embargo screening, and user risk assessment
- Writing user stories and acceptance tests
- Owning and managing the backlog and providing feedback to stakeholders
- Ensuring delivery quality in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and QA
- Collaborating with Product Ops and the Technical Writer to update product documentation
- Providing support in case of escalations
- Working with the Product team to manage dependencies
- Acting as the subject-matter reference for their area; the PO supports client-facing front-end and internal teams
- Managing the squad roadmap in collaboration with the Tech Lead and the Head of Product - Tribe Customer
- Ensuring the roadmap is up to date and understandable
- Communicating and embodying the product vision within the squad and across Treezor
- Listening to customers' needs and issues
- Analyzing and optimizing existing products in line with product objectives
- Following product processes to facilitate go-to-market
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and user identification (KYC) environment
- Experience in API design
- Strong foundations in Product (discovery, data-driven decision making, roadmapping, etc.)
- Project management experience including vendor/supplier management
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to align and rally diverse stakeholders around the product
- Rigor to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Ability to manage long-term planning and meet production requirements
