About the role

  • Lead Field Sales team in Switzerland for Treatwell, revolutionizing the beauty industry through digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with purpose: develop, coach and motivate the team
  • Drive growth: own the development of the venue base in the region
  • Improve processes: contribute ideas, optimize structures and steer the sales strategy
  • Keep targets in focus: analyze KPIs, define objectives and support the team
  • Take responsibility: conduct feedback and development conversations
  • Build networks: identify market potential and develop acquisition strategies
  • Close collaboration: act as the interface between field sales and the Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Sales leadership experience — ideally in field sales
  • SaaS sales experience across the full funnel from lead generation and pitching to successful closing
  • Strong communication skills
  • View KPIs as an opportunity
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German, Italian and English
  • Residence in the Zurich area (maximum 1 hour commute)
