About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of the Hub program while supporting field-based roles with various stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to strategize for delivering a best-in-industry patient experience
- Monitor volume trends and ensure adequate staffing is available to meet all patient service objectives
- Manage project timeline/deliverables with all stakeholders while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Hub services and program vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree within Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences discipline required
- A minimum of 8+ years’ relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- At least 5+ years of Hub Services Program management, vendor management, and experience in a leadership role
- Experience with copay support programs is required
- Specialty pharmaceutical, nephrology, rare disease, REMs, Clinical experience preferred
