About the role
- Manager, Actuarial & Analytics overseeing the TCAP commercial auto product performance. Collaborating across teams to enhance product monitoring tools and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring and reporting for the TCAP commercial auto product
- Build and enhance monitoring tools, data pipelines, and dashboards using SQL, SAS, or Python
- Analyze product performance and present findings to business partners
- Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Actuaries & Analytics, Loss Reserving, and other business partners on product and pricing decisions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to supporting staff
Requirements
- College degree in STEM related field.
- Associate Actuarial Credential.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) and programming skills (eg. SQL, SAS).
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial auto or commercial lines.
- Demonstrated ability in actuarial and quantitative analysis and statistical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
