Requirements
- Bachelor of common law
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a lawyer
- Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada
- Knowledge of consumer reporting legislation, PIPEDA, and other privacy legislations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Contract law and general corporate commercial knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and advocacy skills
- English written skills and ability to draft clear and concise documents
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Technologically adept with proficiency in legal tools
- Working knowledge of French preferred
