About the role

  • Junior Sales Setter qualifying leads for TradingFreaks E-Learning platform. Collaborate with experts and manage CRM for better customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualification calls with prospective customers
  • (Initial) contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Understand prospects' interests and needs
  • Work closely with the team to ensure prospects are handled according to their needs
  • Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations with our experts
  • Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant lead and contact information
  • Document conversations and the results of lead qualification
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve the process
  • Conduct outbound activities to reactivate leads or reach out to new prospects

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate appointments
  • Independent and proactive work style to achieve targets and qualify leads
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and common office software is not required but advantageous
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
