Analytical Service Engineer responsible for technical product specifications and data-driven analysis. Collaborating with various departments on quality assurance processes in food production.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for creating, maintaining and harmonizing technical product specifications across sites and product lines
You are responsible for establishing and further developing methodological expertise in chemistry, physics, microbiology and sensory analysis
You perform data-driven evaluation of findings using statistical analyses, trend analysis, capability assessments and control charts
You actively collaborate with R&D, Production, Procurement and QA in the context of Design-for-Quality and lifecycle management
You manage deviation and root-cause analysis including CAPA through to effectiveness verification
You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Requirements
You hold a degree in food chemistry, chemistry, process engineering or a comparable field
You have experience in specification management as well as in quality control and analytical method competence
You have solid knowledge of data analysis, SPC, DoE and statistical process evaluation
You are proficient in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Ideally, you have experience with LIMS or ERP systems such as SAP
You speak German at C1 level and English at B2 level and communicate clearly and in a structured manner
