Requirements

  • Prior experience as a customer service employee, salesperson or call center agent is an advantage but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates and those re-entering the workforce are warmly welcome (m/f/d)
  • Excellent German skills, spoken and written
  • Good computer skills as well as technical understanding and affinity
  • Strong numeracy and analytical thinking skills
