About the role

  • Partnerships & Marketing Executive supporting TopCashback's branding and partnerships. Driving the setup and maintenance of our websites while managing external partnerships in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Partnerships Team Leader/Manager
  • Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of the company's website, mobile and apps
  • Ensure offers are kept up to date and source the best deals
  • Create engaging imagery to showcase offers
  • Manage existing partnerships and onboard new brands through various channels
  • Collaborate closely with UK’s biggest brands
  • Participate in hands-on training to ensure success in the role

Requirements

  • **• Relationship Building** – Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with both clients and Account Managers. This may include occasional face-to-face meetings, potentially in London.
  • **• Problem Solving** – A logical and proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • **• Time Management** – Once trained, you’ll be expected to manage your own workload efficiently, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • **• Communication** – A clear and confident communicator, able to provide accurate and timely updates to key clients and Account Managers.
  • **• Microsoft Office** – Basic knowledge is advantageous, though full training will be provided to ensure proficiency across core Office applications.
