About the role
- Developer joining Topaz to enhance Core Banking solutions for clients in Argentina. Responsible for implementation and system improvements with agile team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop implementation and evolutionary development projects within the established timelines and quality standards, using the company's proprietary high-level (4GL) programming language (Topaz).
- Participate in the development, customization, and maintenance of the Core Banking system.
- Implement new features and evolutionary improvements to the system.
- Collaborate on integrations with external systems and services.
- Analyze production incidents and contribute to their resolution.
- Work collaboratively within an agile team, contributing ideas and proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Student or graduate in Programming Analyst, Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of development experience (highly desirable).
- Accounting knowledge and experience in the financial sector are a plus.
- Portuguese (desirable).
- Analytical skills, proactivity, customer orientation, and teamwork.
- Availability for occasional international travel.
- Experience using source code versioning systems (GIT).
